Welcome to Traacker. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of our price tracking service accessible from https://traacker.mathistassart.fr (the "Service") operated by Traacker ("we", "our" or "us"), managed by Mathis Tassart.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy.

Traacker is a price tracking service that allows users to:

• Track product prices on the Boulanger and Fnac websites
• Receive price change notifications by email
• Manage a personalized list of tracked products
• Configure price check frequency

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service
• Overload our servers with an excessive number of requests

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features are and will remain the exclusive property of Traacker and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

Our trademark and logo may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours.

6. Data and Content

Price and product information is obtained from public sources (Boulanger website). We strive to provide accurate information, but:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data
• Displayed prices may differ from actual prices on the retailer's website
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the data
• It is recommended to verify prices directly on the retailer's website before any purchase

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Traacker offers a Pro plan at €2.99/month (inclusive of any applicable taxes), billed monthly via Stripe.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time via your billing portal — your access remains active until the end of the current period
• No refunds are issued for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you violate the Terms.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Traacker, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Traacker and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, directors and officers, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, national or international laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
